Design: Full resin-bonded, improved self-sharpening ceramic grit (CER Plus) with cooling properties thanks to its grinding-activated additive coating, on robust and very flexible fabric, scattered evenly and slightly loose. With excellent grit friction, extra-long life, low to medium pressure and very good flexibility. Oil, grease, wax, water and emulsion-resistant. With centre hole (standard bore 22.23 mm) and cross slots.
Application: For tough and cooled grinding of high-alloy steel, titanium and nickel-based alloys. Thanks to its extreme hardness it is best suited for working with very hard surfaces. Grinding-activated additives make cool sanding possible, thereby significantly increasing performance. This also ensures extended service life and reduces discolouration of surfaces. Suitable for both dry working and working with cooling agents.
