CNC precision chuck for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, JIS B 6339 (MAS-BT), Form A, BT 40
Design: Made of alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm² and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC. Short design with central coolant supply, chuck and shank in one piece. Clamping (using a hex spanner) essentially increases clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. At the same time, this secures the chuck against becoming loose during anti-clockwise rotation or being quickly decelerated from higher speeds.
