Hydraulic expansion chuck, Form AD/B, with internal cooling
Design: SK 40 according to DIN JISB 6339, form AD/B, factory standard, balancing quality: G 2.5 / 25,000 rpm, axial length setting, for tool shank tolerance h6. Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal) using a hexagonal T-key. The pressure created causes an even deformation of the expansion sleeve, which causes the tool shaft to be clamped with a high concentricity. Bores for form B closed with grub screws on delivery.
