Wood rasp, DIN 7263, with tang, Form A
General notes: Flawless steel structure as prerequisite for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 - for rough machining, cut 2 - half smooth/universal and cut 3 - finishing . Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
Form A, flat blunt, rectangular, and hewn on 3 sides (flat side = rasp cut 1 edge = file pattern).
Suitable for processing rectangular geometries and chamfering. Can also be used for surface machining.
